I normally offer a complementary series of courses to to support you whatever your experience of mindfulness so far.

In summary here is what I offer:

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course: This internationally acclaimed and scientifically researched course forms the central core from which all my work with mindfulness radiates.

Cultivating Kindness and Gratitude Courses 1 and 2: based on the Mindfulness Based Compassionate Living Course material I have developed two 6 week courses to support people with the development of their understanding of mindfulness following on from the foundational material in MBSR.

Mentoring: At times it can be really supportive to have a few individual sessions and I offer a mentoring service. I base the sessions on my knowledge of mindfulness and my enthusiasm to help you understand the concepts of mindfulness to support your practice and also to help you to live your daily life as mindfully as possible.

Mindful Eating: initially I trained as a dietitian and plan to bring mindful eating into my portfolio in the coming year.

Mindful Steps: the MBSR course finishes with the opportunity for people to contemplate their lives and to look mindfully at the areas that they may like to set goals in. Combining mindfulness with material from Rick Hanson and other areas positive psychology I plan to develop a 6 week course. I am a qualified Life Coach and worked in this field before I led the work with mindfulness. Together they form a brilliant tool box to use to not only survive but also to flourish.
