Mindfulness and Chronic Pain

Mindfulness has much to offer those coping with chronic pain. All of the practices presented in Deep Breath will help people to cope more easily with their pain however there are also additional practices that can be turned to.

Caroline Rice-Varian, a qualified mindfulness instructor and occupational therapist who works in the Pain Management Service at Poole Hospital in Dorset will be hosting this page. Caroline will also be adding specific practices into the library focusing more explicitly on pain management.
